Returns & Refunds

Each Purrfect Society piece is made to order, printed or embroidered especially for you. 
We hope you love what you’ve chosen — but if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
A €6.90 handling and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, please email us at hello@purrfectsociety.com with:

• your order number

• a short description of the reason for return

• a clear photo of the product

Once reviewed, we’ll send you the return address and further instructions.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 14 days and include a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace or refund your item at no extra cost, quickly and kindly.

Please note that each product is created individually when ordered, so we kindly encourage mindful purchasing and double-checking your size and color before checkout.
